Laurel Zellner, CPA President and CEO Laurel received her Bachelor in Business Administration in 1986, and CPA certificate in 1990.  Since that time she has worked in the private sector and the field of public accounting, concentrating on tax and accounting issues involving small to medium sized businesses and their owners, and individuals of high net worth.  Laurel is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs.  laurel@zellnercpa.com
Sara Stimpson, CPA, MBA Senior Tax and Accounting Specialist Sara received her CPA certificate in 2002 and began working in public accounting.  She spent her first two years auditing in the health care industry, and then began working on various accounting and tax issues of small to medium sized businesses, and their owners.  Sara also has her Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. sara@zellnercpa.com
David Kuck Staff Accountant Dave earned his Associates of Applied Science degree in accounting in 1998.  He immediately began working for a medium-sized public accounting firm in the Twin Cities.  During his three plus years there, he focused on audit and accounting services for clients in a variety of industries and enjoyed the business development opportunities that came with it.  He also worked with corporate and individual tax clients.  Dave is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs. dave@zellnercpa.com
